HOW IT WORKS


Define your objectives. Gamification can help you boost sales, workforce retention, attendance, quality, and so much more. Determining your “why” is step 1 for effective game design.

Select Game Attributes. Flex is, well, flexible! Select from an extensive library of engaging Leaderboard, points-based, or time-based games to configure competitions across agents, teams, or company-wide.

Determine Scoring Metrics. Pick game KPIs that align with your goals and objectives. Flex auto-populates Acuity’s pre-connected primary and sub-kpis as well as Balanced Score. Choose also from extensive native-module metrics (i.e. coaching, audit, ESAT, etc.) or any external data source.

GO! Once fully configured, game launch and notifications are automatic. Game status is available and displayed on any device including wallboards and large monitors.


SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

A-GAME Flex Gamification is an AWS-hosted Cloud-based service and fully integrated with TouchPoint One's Acuity Contact Center Employee Engagement and Performance Management platform. An internet connection and browser (i.e. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) is all you need to win.
