Product Marketing Manager

TouchPoint One is looking for an experienced marketer with the ability to understand and articulate product value. As a Product Marketing Manager for TouchPoint One, you will drive go-to-market strategy by creating and telling inspirational stories, bridging business and technology narratives. And you measure success by your ability to mature deals to closure through these marketing programs. From high level messaging and branding strategy to the tactical execution, including collateral development, writing/editing/engaging on social media and our websites, design and development of sales support tools, serving as global editor to ensure brand and message consistency, and more. This is a full-time remote role. Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 a year

Client Success Consultant

TouchPoint One’s Customer Success team advises and guides our enterprise customers to implement Acuity, our industry-leading performance management and employee engagement software for contact centers. As a Client Success Consultant, you’ll help ensure customers are optimized and scaling easily through impactful engagements, while driving business and technical value. A key fixture of our Success team is the work our Success Consultants do to understand a customer’s business, work creatively to provide solutions to challenges, and ultimately help their business innovate and transform using Acuity. Alongside your teammates, you ensure that customers are seeing results from Acuity and will continue their partnership with TouchPoint One.
