This American-style football version of the A-GAME Leagues Contact CenterPerformance Challenge continues to revolutionize the way contact centers operate, fostering an environment of accountability, cooperation, and celebration.
A-GAME Leagues facilitate round-robin tournaments with single-elimination playoffs and season-end championships. Supervisors act as coaches, selecting fresh starting lineups from their full rosters each week to compete in matchups against an opposing coach. Game scoring is based on the same metrics used to manage general performance, ensuring a holistic approach to performance management.
The A-GAME Xtreme option expands gamification beyond the front lines, enabling senior managers and other employees to draft "fantasy" teams comprised of agents across the entire contact center operation. Xtreme teams compete head-to-head in regular-season matchups and for post-season division titles and league championships. A-GAME Xtreme empowers senior managers to connect with, support, mentor, and motivate frontline staff in a highly entertaining, fulfilling, and productive way.
To further combat workforce disengagement in contact centers, TouchPoint One is introducing the Xtreme Team Owner Power Ranking. This new feature measures each Xtreme Team Owner's command and influence during the A-GAME Leagues season.Updated in real-time leaderboards, this score is calculated using a blend of metrics including team attrition, engagement, ESAT, and balanced score performance. It subtly brings a level of accountability to senior leadership in a spirit of fun and camaraderie, fostering a stronger connection between frontline workers and senior leaders.
TouchPoint One is also introducing A-GAME Wager, a feature that allows Xtreme Team Owners to place bets on each week's matchup with the opposing team owner, adding an extra layer of excitement and engagement to the competition.
